Samuel Anderson, Managing Partner of Tekbrokers VENTURES, LLC has decided to throw in the hat for a second time against the current two incumbents on the City Council of Manteca Steve DeBrum and Jack Snyder.
Having taken almost 25% of the vote last time around Samuel intends on continuing to build on what most are already stating is a significant lead in a city where most polled have suggested and outright mentioned the current city line-up needs a change.
“I’m excited and have already started my campaign since March 1, 2008. I decided to start early because I predicted it would be a tight race and now we have a total of 8 so far who are trying to occupy one of two seats open.”
Samuel has already visited several businesses and stores in Manteca one-by-one all up and down Yosemite and Main Street. “Last year I went to thousands of homes and this year I am doing the same as well as many of the businesses. It really is giving me a perspective of our entire city.”
Samuel has been busy on this campaign and has been implementing tactics to gain a foothold on the lead. He has been listening to those who matter most…the voters! “I’m going to listen and I’m going to find out what others are talking about and their concerns,” says Anderson. “Other candidates rely and will rely on consultants and statistical information rather than get on foot and find out themselves.”
Samuel’s top 3 items are:
- No new taxes.
- Control spending and balance the budget.
- Solution for current employees salaries and retirement from the city.
Although Samuel has a list of many items these are the top three that need to be addressed because “we will have a huge problem very soon if we don’t do something about it.”
